Women's Soccer Team Blanks Carthage 2-0

KENOSHA, Wis. - Courtney Constantino scored a pair of goals to lead the Elmhurst College Women's soccer team to a 2-0 victory at Carthage College.
Courtney Constantino scored both goals in the Bluejays' win.
With the victory, Elmhurst improved to 10-5 overall and 3-2 in CCIW contests while Carthage slipped to 5-10 overall and remained winless (0-6) in league play.
Constantino started the scoring in the 14th minute when she scored off a free kick with Stephanie Thomson and Lindsay Carlson both picking up assists.
Just over eight minutes later, Constantino found the back of the net for the second time when she scored off a Kelsey Caldwell throw in.
Allison Korbel stopped both shots she faced in goal to record the shutout in goal for Elmhurst.
The Bluejays have a week off before hosting Millikin University at Berens Park on Wednesday, October 28.
