Elmhurst College Athletics

HIGHLAND, Ind. - The Elmhurst College women's bowling team moved to 10-32 overall after posting a 1-2 record against Calumet College-St Joseph. 

The Bluejays dropped both of the five-player matches but bounced back to win the best-of-seven Baker match.

Elmhurst dropped the first contest 895-808. Shannon Grimes led the Bluejays in the loss with a 179 while Sarah Paul added a 172. The Bluejays lost a tight 866-849 contest in the second match. Paul led the way in the loss by rolling a 220.

The Bluejays closed out the day by scoring a 4-2 victory in the best-of-seven Baker match.
