ELMHURST, Ill. - Elmhurst College's
Dustin Bainter has been named to the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin's (CCIW) all-conference team.
Bainter, a senior guard for the Bluejays, was named to the all-conference third team.
Bainter averaged 13.8 points and 5.0 rebounds per game over the course of the season. He ranked second on the squad in both points and rebounds while also leading the team in steals with 48.
In conference contests, Bainter ranked 11th in the league in scoring, averaging 12.9 points per game. He also ranked 10th in the conference in rebounding, averaging 5.1 boards per game. Bainter also ranked second in the conference in steals with 22.
Bainter closed out his career with 668 points, 268 rebounds and 159 assists.
Elmhurst finished the 2009-10 season with a 6-19 overall record and a 1-13 mark in conference play.
