Domczewski became the first men's soccer player to ever win the College's Scholar-Athlete of the Year award. He played a key role in helping the men's soccer team capture its first-ever CCIW Championship and advance to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history.

A two-time CCIW Defensive Player of the Week, Domczewski was named to the all-conference second team after leading the league in saves (44) and save percentage (.846). He ranked second in the league in goals against average (1.08).

Domczewski started all 21 games in goal for the Bluejays and logged all but 12 minutes of the team's playing time in goal. He recorded a 1.14 goals against average while making 111 saves and totaling six shutouts.

A criminal justice major, Domczewski maintains a 3.68 grade-point average.

"Sebastian was just tremendous for us this season," said Elmhurst head coach Dave Di Tomasso. "His ability to lead the team from the back was second to none. He made big saves in big games and that is what it takes to win championships. His academic record speaks for itself where he constantly has an attention to detail and produces impeccable grades. I could not be more proud of him in all facets of his life."

The men's soccer team won its first-ever CCIW Championship with an undefeated conference season and was chosen to compete in the NCAA Tournament.
