ELMHURST, Ill. - The Elmhurst College men's lacrosse team will join the Midwest Lacrosse Conference in its first varsity season in 2013.
The Midwest Lacrosse conference currently consists of nine schools from Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. The conference just completed its second season of competition and current conference members include: Adrian College, Albion College, Aurora University, Carthage College, Concordia University Wisconsin, Fontbonne University, Milwaukee School of Engineering, College of Mount St. Joseph and Trine University. Hanover College joins the league in the spring of 2012 giving the league 10 members.
Elmhurst is one of four new teams joining the conference in 2013, giving the league 14 members. Joining the Bluejays as new members of the conference in 2013 are: Augustana College, Benedictine University, and Defiance College.
