DUBUQUE, Iowa - Three members of the Elmhurst women's golf team recorded top-five individual finishes to lead the Bluejays to a first-place finish at the Loras College Invitational.

After shooting a 373 and trailing by seven strokes on day one, the Bluejays surged in front on day-two, shooting a tournament-low 350 to win the team title with a two-day score of 723. Loras College finished in second place with a 740.

Ashley Beverage led the Bluejays with a 175, tying for the top individual score. Beverage officially took second place after a one-hole playoff. The Elmhurst freshman improved by 11 strokes on day two, totaling an 82 after shooting an opening round score of 93.

Amanda Wright finished third by totaling a 179. Wrights shot a 90 on day one and improved by a stroke on day two with an 89. Jordan Maisto added a fifth-place finish for the Bluejays by shooting a 181. Maisto fired a 92 on day one and shaved three strokes off her day-two total, carding an 89.

Trisha Goss added a 189 for the Bluejays. After opening with a 88, Goss improved by nine strokes with a 90 on day two. Courtney Classen completed the Bluejays' team scoring with a 192. Classen shot a 98 on the tournament's first day and carded a 94 on day two.
