NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The Elmhurst College men's track and field squad totaled 12 points to place 13th out of 18 teams at the Chicagoland Championships hosted by North Central College.

Jake Austin was the top individual finisher for the Bluejays, registering six of the team's 12 points. Austin placed third in the 800 meters by completing the race in 1:55.92.

Mark D'Angelo scored three points for the Bluejays by scoring a sixth-place finish in the 400 meters. D'Angelo finished the race in 50.95 seconds.

Elmhurst's 4x400 relay team consisting of Kurt Kibler, Kyle Kibler, Austin, and D'Angelo registered Elmhurst's final three points by placing sixth in the 4x400 meters with a time of 3:32.41.
