NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Elmhurst's Annie Duggan has been named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin Women's Tennis Player of the Week.

Duggan scored six wins last week in CCIW competition. She finished 3-1 at No. 1 singles and 3-1 at No. 2 doubles in four conference contests. In singles play, she toppled Carthage's Bari Reynolds (6-4, 6-1), North Central's Jenny Velasquez (6-0, 6-3) and Millikin's Cydney Boyd (6-0, 6-0).

In doubles play, Duggan teamed with Lauren Kuehn to score wins against North Central (8-4), Millikin (8-1) and Illinois Wesleyan (8-5).

Duggan leads the Bluejays in both doubles and singles victories. She has a 6-4 record in singles play and a 4-5 mark in doubles competition.
